Earn apparel credit during the calendar year, receive your Annual Apparel Credit Statement in the first quarter of the following year, and redeem your credit through December 31 of that issuance year.
Precision Apparel Rewards is offered and administered by Precision Visibility LLC through its Precision Payments offering. Participating businesses earn promotional apparel credit based on eligible card-processing volume.
Credits are redeemable toward qualifying custom apparel purchased from Precision Visibility. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and cannot be applied to processing fees.
Payment processing is provided through separately contracted processing arrangements. Payline does not issue or fulfill Precision apparel rewards.
Participation begins on the enrollment date confirmed by Precision, after activation of the qualifying merchant account. Processing before enrollment does not earn credit. The enrolling representative must be authorized to enroll the participating business.
Eligible volume consists of settled credit and debit card purchases processed through the enrolled account, less refunds, reversals, and chargebacks. Cash, checks, ACH transfers, fees, and transactions that are fraudulent or do not represent genuine sales are excluded. Eligible monthly volume cannot be less than zero; later adjustments may correct previously credited transactions without deducting the same transaction twice.
Multiple merchant accounts are combined only when Precision confirms that arrangement in writing.
Credits accrue based on each calendar month’s eligible processing volume. These examples show the annual credit earned when the same volume is maintained for 12 participating months:
$25,000 in eligible monthly card volume: $1,000 annual apparel credit.
$50,000 in eligible monthly card volume: $1,500 annual apparel credit.
$100,000 in eligible monthly card volume: $2,000 annual apparel credit.
$250,000 in eligible monthly card volume: $3,750 annual apparel credit.
These are volume examples, not guaranteed awards for partial-year participation.
For monthly volumes below $25,000, credit increases proportionately from zero to the $25,000 example. Between $25,000 and $50,000, and between $50,000 and $100,000, credit increases proportionately between the listed amounts. For each month, the resulting annualized amount is divided by 12 to determine that month’s credit.
Above $100,000 and through $250,000 in eligible monthly volume, the monthly credit is the greater of:
$2,000 divided by 12; or
$1.25 for every $1,000 of eligible monthly processing.
The $2,000 annualized floor prevents a reduction when monthly volume first exceeds $100,000. The standard volume formula exceeds the floor at approximately $133,333.33 per month.
For monthly volume above $250,000, a custom schedule may be agreed in writing. Until then, the preceding formula continues to apply.
The annual credit equals the sum of monthly credits, rounded to the nearest cent at year-end. Earnings depend on actual eligible volume and are not based on Precision’s processing profit.
The earning year runs from January 1 through December 31. New participants begin earning on their confirmed enrollment date, using actual eligible volume; no credit is earned for earlier periods. A partial first month uses only eligible volume processed from enrollment through month-end.
Credits accumulate during the earning year and become available for redemption after annual reconciliation. Precision will issue an Annual Apparel Credit Statement by March 31 of the following year, with a target issuance date of January 31. The statement identifies the available balance and redemption deadline. No cash check is issued.
For example, credits earned during 2026 are issued in the first quarter of 2027 and are redeemable through December 31, 2027. A business processing $25,000 in each of three participating months earns $250, rather than the full $1,000 annual example.
Issued credit may be redeemed from its issuance date through December 31 of that same year. Unused credit expires after that date and does not roll over, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Credit may be used across multiple qualifying orders. No additional apparel purchase beyond the available credit is required, although normal product minimum quantities apply. Customers pay any amount exceeding their available credit and any excluded charges.
A complete order must be accepted by Precision, with artwork approved and any customer balance paid, by the redemption deadline. Delivery may occur afterward. A quote request alone does not reserve or redeem credit.
If a timely completed order is delayed solely by Precision, the associated credit will remain available for that order.
Credit applies dollar-for-dollar toward eligible custom shirts, polos, hats, uniforms, and other apparel supplied by Precision Visibility, including standard printing or embroidery shown in the approved quote.
Items are priced at Precision’s ordinary retail prices for the applicable product, quantity, and decoration. Credit is not redeemable against a separate wholesale price schedule.
Shipping, applicable taxes, rush charges, and separately quoted artwork or setup fees are excluded unless Precision agrees otherwise in writing. Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards or pay existing invoices. Applicable taxes are calculated as required by law; the program does not promise tax-free purchases.
Precision may correct calculation errors or adjust credit for refunds, reversals, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, or ineligible activity. Any adjustment will be explained to the participating business.
If an apparel order is canceled or refunded under Precision’s applicable order policies, the portion paid with apparel credit is restored as credit, not refunded in cash. Its original expiration date remains in effect, except when an extension is required by law. When Precision cancels an order for reasons not attributable to the customer, restored credit remains usable for at least 90 days or through its original expiration date, whichever is later.
Closing an enrolled processing account ends future earning. Legitimately earned credit remains eligible for the normal annual issuance and redemption schedule, subject to reconciliation and adjustments for ineligible activity.
Precision may change or discontinue future earning with at least 30 days’ written notice. Changes will not retroactively reduce legitimately earned credit or shorten its stated redemption period, except as required by law or to correct fraud or errors.
Contact your Precision account representative to request a balance review or report an error. Providing the earning period, merchant-account identifier, and relevant statements will help resolve the issue. Do not send customer card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Processing rates, equipment, funding, cancellation obligations, and other merchant-service terms are governed by the separate processing agreement. These rewards terms do not change that agreement. A written custom rewards agreement controls where it expressly provides different rewards terms.
Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
